Digital Eye Wellness Workshops
for Screen-Based Teams
led by an optometrist with 10+ years’ experience in the optical industry
My background
The full story
As an optometrist with over 10 years’ experience in the optical industry, supported by a Bachelor’s degree, a Master’s degree and further professional certification, my work has always centred on understanding vision beyond the clinical setting. Since the pandemic, it is widely recognised that the way in which people interact with screens in their day-to-day lives has transformed massively.
Through both professional experience and personal interest, I have become increasingly focused on the impact of modern digital habits on eye comfort, focus and overall wellbeing.

What I'm building
My mission is to bridge the gap between traditional eye care and modern living.
As screen time continues to increase across work, education and daily life, there is a growing need for practical, accessible guidance on how to protect eye health without unrealistic expectations or disruption.
I aim to make digital eye wellness simple, relevant and applicable to real-world routines.
How I work
My approach is grounded in education, behaviour and sustainability.
Rather than focusing on restriction, I focus on helping individuals and organisations build practical habits that support visual comfort, encourage wellness and improve day-to-day performance.
This includes understanding how screen use, environment and lifestyle factors interact, and translating that into clear, actionable strategies.
